The Hunza Tour during autumn (5–7 days) is the best way to experience this magical season. Itinerary
Day 1: Islamabad to Hunza
Depart Islamabad early morning via private vehicle.
Travel via Hazara Motorway → Naran–Babusar (if open) or Besham–Chilas (in autumn both routes are usually open).
Scenic stopovers at Naran, Lulusar Lake, Babusar Top (summer route) or Indus viewpoints (Chilas route).
Arrive in Hunza by evening, check in at hotel, and rest.
Day 2: Hunza Sightseeing & Autumn Colors
Morning visits to Baltit Fort & Altit Fort.
Stroll through Altit Royal Garden under golden apricot trees.
Evening walk in Karimabad Bazaar. Overnight stay in Hunza.
Day 3: Upper Hunza & Passu Cones
Drive along Karakoram Highway towards Upper Hunza.
Visit Attabad Lake (boating option).
Continue to Passu Cones & Passu Glacier viewpoint.
Cross or photograph the Hussaini Suspension Bridge.
Return to Karimabad in evening. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Duikar Viewpoint & Local Exploration
Relaxed breakfast followed by light walks in surrounding villages under autumn foliage.
Afternoon drive to Duikar (Eagle's Nest) for panoramic autumn sunset views.
Traditional Hunza dinner in Karimabad. Overnight stay.
Day 5: Hunza to Islamabad
After breakfast, depart for Islamabad.
Scenic return via same route with short photo stops.
Evening arrival in Islamabad. End of services.
